Godofredo P. Ramos Airport (MPH), Caticlan
Critical
Do NOT use Kalibo Airport (KLO) unless travelling light — it is 2+ hours from the ferry port. Caticlan is 10 minutes.
Ferry
10–15 min from Caticlan jetty to Boracay port. Pre-book your ferry ticket. Multiple departures per hour.
Premium Option
Helicopter Manila → Boracay available from ₱85,000 for 4 pax. Ask concierge for current availability.
Palawan — El Nido
El Nido Airport (ENI)
Direct Flight
Air Juan operates Manila (MNL) → El Nido (ENI), ~1.5 hr. Limited seats — book weeks in advance. Check current schedule.
Via Puerto Princesa
PAL/Cebu Pacific to Puerto Princesa (PPS), then 4–5 hr overland transfer or private van. Long but reliable.
Premium Option
Private seaplane available Manila → El Nido. Ask concierge for current pricing and season availability.
Palawan — Coron
Busuanga Airport (USU)
Flights
PAL and Cebu Pacific from Manila, ~1 hour. Transfer: 1 hr van to Coron town, then 20 min boat to some villas.
Book Early
Busuanga flights sell fast — book 3+ weeks ahead. Limited frequency means missed flights cause significant delays.
Boat from El Nido
A 4–5 hr speedboat between El Nido and Coron is available for multi-destination Palawan itineraries.
Siargao
Sayak Airport (IAO), Del Carmen
From Manila
Cebu Pacific and PAL fly direct from Manila, ~2hr. Multiple daily departures. Also via Cebu (CEB) for more flight options.
Villa Transfer
30 min van to General Luna from the airport. Most villas arrange pickup — confirm with your concierge before arrival.
Arrival Tip
Arrive before 3pm. Airport roads in the interior can flood in heavy rain — late arrivals risk transfer delays.

Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB)
From Manila
All major Philippine carriers + international routes. Flights depart every 30 minutes from Manila — the most flexible routing of any Philippine island.
Direct International
Direct flights from Seoul, Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai. No Manila layover needed for Asian travelers.
Villa Transfer
Mactan Island villas: 20 min from airport. South Cebu (Moalboal, Oslob): 2 hrs. Bantayan Island: 3–4 hrs by road + ferry.
Bohol
Bohol-Panglao International Airport (TAG)
From Manila
Cebu Pacific and PAL, 1.5 hrs direct. Airport is located on Panglao Island — 20–30 min to most villas. Also via Cebu: 30 min propeller flight.
Via Cebu Ferry
Ocean Jet fast ferry: Cebu City → Tagbilaran, 2 hrs. Scenic crossing — recommended for at least one leg of your journey.
Villa Transfer
Panglao villas: 20–30 min from airport. Alona Beach: 30–45 min. Anda (east coast): 1.5 hrs. Confirm with concierge.

What the airlines don't tell you about island routes
Standard Domestic Baggage
- 7–10 kg carry-on + 20 kg checked free on most carriers
- Upgrade to 30 kg on island routes for longer stays
- Oversize items (surfboards, dive gear) charged separately
Small Aircraft Weight Limits
- Air Juan and propeller flights: 10 kg total per person on some routes
- Weight limit is strictly enforced — excess left behind
- Pack light or ship baggage ahead via LBC or JRS
Valuables — Never Check
- Never check cameras, laptops, or expensive gear
- Carry all electronics and valuables in cabin bag
- Checked baggage handling at smaller airports is rough
Infrastructure Warning
- Charging facilities at El Nido (ENI) and Siargao (IAO) are limited
- Charge all devices fully before departure from Manila
- Bring a power bank — villa charging is fine, airport is not
